Pescadero Reclamation District is responsible for the operation and maintenance of nearly 11 miles of levees and 14 miles of the Tom Paine slough, which protect approximately 8,000 acres of agricultural, residential, commercial, and industrial land.

Rules & Regulations

The District adopted Irrigation Rules and Levee Rules to preseve and maintain the inegrety of the District's properpty interests and facilities.

Water Right Curtailments

On July 6, 2022, Pescadero Reclamation District 2058 (District) was informed that its water right licenses (A004991 and A002286) would be curtailed effective July 7, 2022.
